1. What is indulekha.mobi?
indulekha.mobi is a group sms service which has an online interface to create and manage a system for sending alerts to mobile phones. Through its intuitive and friendly interface, a hierarchical tree structure can be maintained of the numbers to which the alerts need to be sent. indulekha.mobi is a service of Indulekha Media Network – the emerging leader in new media from Kerala, the God's Own Country.
2. Will there be delivery reports?
Delivery reports are included in version 2.0 and are Network Operator Dependent. Indulekha MOBI Server deposits the alerts to the Network Operator Server and from that point, the Network Operator takes on the onus to deliver the alerts as sms on mobile phones.
3. Is this a Pan - India Service?
Yes, Indulekha.mobi is a Pan India Service covering all networks in India. There will be global scalablity added to the product soon.
Sender ID is the masking which is given to a message. For Example, at Indulekha MOBI, if the Sender ID is set as ABC BANK, then the users would receive an sms coming from Indulekha MOBI titled as ABC BANK. This can be changed in the Admin Panel.
Mobile numbers of our users are considered highly confidential and are guarded with all our policies.
5. Is there any difference in charges between Local SMS and National SMS?
NO, we don't have separate charges for national and local SMSs.
6. Can I send messages to a CDMA mobile, for example Tata Indicom?
Sure. However, service providers like Tata Indicom and Reliance don't allow ALPHA NUMERIC masking. So you can set a 10-digit mobile number in the SENDER ID field. Our newly developed program automatically distinguishes the CDMA numbers from the GSM and masks them when required. So GSM numbers will get the Sender ID you have set and CDMA numbers will get the mobile number as sender ID.
7.Is it possible to upgrade a package.
Package upgrades are not an issue, when you want to upgrade your package, contact us.
8. Is this a loop or simultaneous process?
Indulekha MOBI is an instant messaging solution. If you send 10,000 messages at once, all of them will be sent at the same time and will be delivered as if messages were sent individually at the same time.
6. Do I get a demo account?
Yes, you do get a FREE DEMO ACCOUNT of 10 SMS messages.
7. How the payments have to be made?

2. PAY AT BANK
Pay cash or drop an Account Payee LOCAL CHEQUE of ANY BANK at any of the South Indian Bank Branch next to you. Use the same account information shown above. Then, please e-mail us the cheque number, date and name of your bank.
3. SEND DEMAND DRAFT / MONEY ORDER
Send a Demand Draft favoring INDULEKHA MEDIA NETWORK payable at KOTTAYAM (from ANY BANK).
Please avoid sending cheques. Kindly write down your mobile number and postal address in the Money Order form / back of the Demand Draft

9. What is the Maximum text allowed in single SMS?
The maximum text allowed in a single SMS is 160 characters. If the limit is overshot, the message will be sent and delivered as 2 messages and charged for two messages as well.
